In Medieval times, the term concierge evolved from the French meaning “The Keeper of the Candles”, who tended to the needs of the visiting Nobles in Castles.  In the 19th and early 20th century, “The Keeper of the Keys” was used in apartment complexes and hotels to assist the guests with various tasks. 

We characterize a Concierge as a professional who is willing and able to take care of all the little things you can’t or don’t want to do, leaving you more quality time for family, friends, professional or personal goals, and relaxation.  A Concierge Service, LLC still attends to “Nobles in Castles” whether it’s homes or businesses.  We have over 20 years of experience in customer service and business administration.  What-ever the task (as long as it is legal and humanly possible), we will get it finished promptly, professionally and courteously.

No longer a luxury item used by the elite...
